The described features make this building method economical – you can have your own house at a price of a flat – because wood is still the cheapest building material. Depending on the level of the project’s advancement, the price for a square meter can be as low as 1300 PLN/m2, whereas the costs of a fully finished house amount to around 2800 PLN/m2.
